Educational booklet on labor and delivery: validity study.

Objectives: to develop and validate an educational booklet on labor and delivery for pregnant women.

Methods: this methodological study involved constructing and validating a booklet based on Echer's framework. We used the Content Validity Index and Cronbach's alpha for content and face validation, selecting judges according to Fering's criteria.

Risk factors associated with the occurrence of the adverse event phlebitis in hospitalized adult patients.

Objectives: to synthesize knowledge regarding risk factors associated with occurrence of adverse event phlebitis in hospitalized adult patients.

Methods: an integrative literature review, carried out in the CINAHL, PubMed, Virtual Health Library, Embase, Web of Science and Scopus databases. The stages were carried out independently by two reviewers, and the data were analyzed descriptively.

Nanodynamo quantifies subcellular RNA dynamics revealing extensive coupling between steps of the RNA life cycle.

The coordinated action of transcriptional and post-transcriptional machineries shapes gene expression programs at steady state and determines their concerted response to perturbations. We have developed Nanodynamo, an experimental and computational workflow for quantifying the kinetic rates of nuclear and cytoplasmic steps of the RNA life cycle. Nanodynamo is based on mathematical modelling following sequencing of native RNA from cellular fractions and polysomes.

Experiencing pregnancy in the context of lupus and antiphospholipid syndrome: a grounded theory.

Objective: To understand the meanings attributed to pregnancy in the context of Lupus and antiphospholipid syndrome by women and healthcare professionals.

Method: Qualitative research, using Symbolic Interactionism as a theoretical framework and Grounded Theory, a constructivist perspective. Data were collected between January and August 2022, through online interviews with 27 women with Lupus located on the social network Facebook and in-person or remote interviews with 12 healthcare professionals.

Epilepsy as a Novel Phenotype of BPTF-Related Disorders.

Background: Neurodevelopmental disorder with dysmorphic facies and distal limb anomalies (NEDDFL) is associated to BPTF gene haploinsufficiency. Epilepsy was not included in the initial descriptions of NEDDFL, but emerging evidence indicates that epileptic seizures occur in some affected individuals. This study aims to investigate the electroclinical epilepsy features in individuals with NEDDFL.
