Typically, strategies assume that the training pool shares the same distribution as the test set, which is not always valid in privacy-sensitive applications where annotating user data is challenging. In this study, we operate within an individual setting and leverage an active learning criterion which selects data points for labeling based on minimizing the min-max regret on a small unlabeled test set sample.

Individuals with delayed sleep phase disorder (DSPD) are unable to naturally fall asleep and awake at conventional times; for this reason, DSPD is often mistaken for insomnia. However, unlike many patients with insomnia, those with DSPD struggle to get up at appropriate times. DSPD is associated with school refusal, academic difficulties, and lower employment rate.

Background: Internet overuse is an emerging public health emergency, especially for college students in the United States. The purpose of this study was to assess college students' internet usage and interest in learning healthy internet usage skills as part of a college curriculum.
Study Design: Participants completed an online anonymous questionnaire which included the short version of the Internet Addiction Test, a modified Youth Health Movement survey, and questions regarding their interest in healthy internet use coursework.
Compared with other racial and ethnic groups in the United States, American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) people experience the highest incidence of acute hepatitis c (HCV). Cherokee Nation Health Services (CNHS) implemented a pilot health screening program from January through May 2019 to assess whether conducting HCV and other preventive health screenings at food distribution sites is a feasible, acceptable, and effective strategy to increase health screening among underserved community members. Data were collected among 340 eligible participants.
