The first line of treatment consists of cytoreductive surgery (CRS) combined with neoadjuvant and/or adjuvant chemotherapy. We report the case of a patient addressed for abnormal uterine bleeding in the context of secondary infertility. Operative hysteroscopy under sedation showed multiple uterine adhesions (Asherman syndrome) and communication with the pelvic cavity suspecting uterine perforation. Combined laparoscopy showed that the right fallopian tube was incarcerated into the uterine wall.

The aim of this study was to perform ad hoc analysis of factors influencing voiding recovery in SENTIX (SENTinel lymph node biopsy in cervIX cancer) trial.

Methods: The SENTIX trial (47 sites, 18 countries) is a prospective study on sentinel lymph node biopsy without pelvic lymphadenectomy in patients with early-stage cervical cancer.

Objective: EMA decided that with ulipristal acetate (UPA) treatment for uterine fibroids, should be discontinued due to the associated risk of hepatic failure, We analyzed whether the risk of recurrent symptoms due to fibroids may lead to an increased risk of Covid -19 infection and death, that would exceed the former risk of hepatic failure and transplantation.
