Sildenafil-induced drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms.

Drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS)/drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DIHS) is a life-threatening, multi-organ adverse drug reaction with a mortality rate of approximately 10 %-20 %. The most common culprit drugs are anticonvulsants, some antibiotics such as dapsone and minocycline, salazosulfapyridine, allopurinol and some antiretroviral molecules such as abacavir and nevirapine. Only one case of DRESS induced by sildenafil has been reported in the literature.

Cutaneous Metastases: Clinicopathologic Study of 30 Patients.

Cutaneous metastases (CMs) of internal malignancies are uncommon. The breast in women and the lung in men represent the two elective sites of internal malignancies metastasizing to the skin. The aim of this study was to determine the epidemiologic, clinical, and pathologic features of CMs.

Primary breast lymphoma: a case series and review of the literature.

Background: Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is a very rare form of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), defined as a malignant primary lymphoma occurring in the breast in the absence of previously detected lymphoma localizations. Our study aims to retrospectively evaluate the epidemiological, clinical, and imaging findings and therapeutic features of breast lymphomas in patients with primary lymphoma of the breast.

Materials And Methods: This is a retrospective study including 13 patients with primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the breast treated at the Salah Azaiez Institute of Oncology from 2000 to 2019.

Pure tubular carcinoma of the breast: a case series.

Background: Pure tubular breast carcinoma is a rare and well-differentiated tumor with high survival and low local recurrence rate. Our study aims to determine the clinical, radiological, appropriate management, and prognosis of this carcinoma.

Intraabdominal lesser sac metastasis from Ewing's sarcoma: An exceptional localization.

Ewing's sarcoma/primitive neuroectodermal tumor is rare and aggressive with a poor prognosis. Intraabdominal metastases are an uncommon condition. Metastasis in the lesser sac is an exceptional occurrence.
