[Use of a cardiologic consultation and diagnostic service in medical first aid and at a therapy center].

The effectiveness of remote-control cardiologic consultative-diagnostic service assisting an ambulance team and a local physician has been reviewed. This service is shown to contribute to a considerable improvement in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular patients.
