[Effect of "carbostimulin", vitamin D 3 and their mixture on bone tissue regeneration].

Healing of the bone injury in rabbits was studied as affected by carbostimulin and its mixture with vitamin D3. Some biochemical indexes: the content of sialic acids, calcium and citric acid in blood serum of the animals, intensity of 14C incorporation from NaH14CO3 into the regenerated bone tissue and its proteins as well as histological studies, data, evidence for a positive effect of the mentioned preparations on the bone substance regeneration in the animals under experiment. [Effect of carbonic acid concentration in blood on content of keto-acids and redox state of nicotinamide coenzymes in rabbit tissues].

A rise in the level of carbonic acid in animal blood at practically unchanged pH causes an increase in the value of free [NAD+]/[NADH] and [NADP+]/[NADPH] ratios in the liver cells cytoplasm. The increase in the oxidizing power of the liver cells cytoplasm is observed against a background of a rise in both the total level of keto-acids in blood and concentration of pyruvate oxaloacetate and alpha-ketoglutarate in the liver and kidneys of animals. The level of lactate, glutamate and citrate in these tissues also grows.

[Effect of combined application of carboxylin and sodium citrate on the restoration of blood proteins under conditions of experimental anemia].

Under the effect of combined application of "carboxylin"--the preparation stimulating the processes of CO2 fixation in the tissues and sodium citrate--one of the most important intermediates of the cycle of citric acid, the processes of the erythrocytic and protein composition restoration in the peripheral blood were studied under conditions of posthemorrhagic anemia in rats. It is established that under the effect of combined application of "carboxylin" with sodium citrate there is observed rapid normalization of peripheral blood indexes--erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit number, total proteins, albumin and globulins of blood serum. All mentioned evidences for a stimulating effect of the given preparations on the biosynthetic processes in the organism and for possibility of blood regeneration acceleration under conditions of posthemorrhagic anemia.
