Background: Shoulder osteoarthritis is a common cause of pain, disability and difficulty sleeping. Patient information leaflets are produced by NHS Trusts with the aim of informing patients about their diagnosis and available treatment options.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to identify and describe the non-surgical management of people with shoulder osteoarthritis according to publicly available information leaflets produced by NHS Trusts.
Unlabelled: Introduction; to the best of the authors knowledge, no past research has established how illness narrative master plots are expressed initially and then if and how they change longitudinally following musculoskeletal trauma. The aim of the present research was to consider how specific master plots were expressed, interact, and change across time following musculoskeletal trauma.
Methods: A narrative analysis was undertaken that included individuals who had experienced a musculoskeletal traumatic injury.

- L-CD-PanC tumors showed changes related to metabolic and pancreatic genes, while L-CD-NeU tumors exhibited high mutational loads and specific environmental mutational signatures, suggesting different underlying causes and potential treatment implications.
