Directed negative-weight percolation.

We consider the negative-weight percolation model on directed graphs. In particular, we study the model on a two-dimensional, weighted, periodic, centered square lattice. Bond weights are taken from a distribution that allows for both positive and negative values.

[Main reasons for a need for retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in Armenia in the past 10 years].

250 patients in need of retreatment for pulmonary tuberculosis were enrolled in the study. The later indicated that there was a preponderance of males constituting all-bodied age population groups aged 25 to 64 years in the age and gender structure of the examinees. The major factors contributing to reactivation of the tuberculous process and poor outcomes of a previous course of specific therapy were extensive X-ray changes in the lung, drug resistance of the pathogens of tuberculosis to first-line drugs, and neglect of X-ray findings in the determinants of the duration of treatment.

[The results of the treatment of gunshot wounds by applying laser therapy].

The treatment results of not penetrating in cavities surface gunshot wounds of border regional hospitals are studied. The injured are divided into 3 groups depending on the terms of first surgical processing of wounds. It is mentioned that putting dense sutures is not always justified.

[On the treatment of gunshot wounds of extremities in the conditions of local military actions].

Together with the improvement of new types of weapons with more destroying effect, the treatment methods of gunshot wounds including laser therapy, extrafocal osteosynthesis, new antibacterial means are also developing. The application of these methods makes it possible to create optimal conditions for the treatment of different types of injuries of extremities with positive results in 88% cases. These results were received due to early and thorough first surgical processing of wounds by wide usage of helium-neon laser radiation as well as with the help of traumatologists who are the skilled in the new treatment methods including the extrafocal compressional osteosynthesis.

[The cross-border hospitals in surgical treatment of soldiers and civilians wounded in local military conflicts].

The gunshot wounds in local military conflicts are the result of unstable flight of bullet with shifted center. The period of maximal transmission of energy is more and more reduced which results in the effect of interstitial explosion causing significant lesions of tissues and organs. Nowadays, the diagnostic opportunities of cross-border hospitals are significantly enlarged due to the introduction of endoscopic ultrasonography, magnetic resonance imaging, computer tomography and other methods of contemporary diagnosis.
