Importance: Limited data exist comparing total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) versus laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy (LSCH) at the time of minimally invasive sacrocolpopexy for uterovaginal prolapse.
Objectives: The objective of this study was to compare TLH versus LSCH at the time of minimally invasive sacrocolpopexy for uterovaginal prolapse, hypothesizing that LSCH would demonstrate a higher proportion of recurrent prolapse, but a lower proportion of mesh exposures.
Study Design: This was a retrospective, secondary analysis comparing a prospective cohort of patients undergoing TLH sacrocolpopexy versus a retrospective cohort of patients who had undergone LSCH sacrocolpopexy.
Background: Recent legislative initiatives in the United States have focused on the medical and legal status of psychedelics, prompting interest in understanding public perceptions of their risks. This study investigates rural-urban differences in the perception of LSD and cannabis risks using national survey data.
Methods: Data from the National Survey of Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) between 2015 and 2021 were analyzed.
A multi-branched fluorogenic probe for the rapid and specific detection of Gram-negative bacteria is reported. Three Gram-negative-targeting azido-modified polymyxins were clicked onto a trivalent scaffold functionalised with the environmental green-emitting fluorophore 7-nitrobenz-2-oxa-1,3-diazole. The probe allowed wash-free detection of target bacteria with increased sensitivity and lower limits of detection compared to monovalent probes.

A contentious area of disagreement has been the relationship between two primary mandates of the law: the obligation of schools to provide a free appropriate public education (FAPE) to eligible students with disabilities and the obligation to place these students in the least restrictive environment (LRE) appropriate to each student's individual needs. The conflict over LRE can be traced throughout the history of IDEA, in debates referenced as "mainstreaming," "regular education initiative," "inclusion," and "full inclusion.

A brief online self-guided CBT intervention could be more cost-effective and allow for easy implementation and broader outreach compared with more comprehensive clinician-guided interventions.
Objective: To investigate whether a brief online self-guided CBT intervention is noninferior to a comprehensive online clinician-guided CBT treatment.
