Hypophosphatasia (HPP) is a rare inherited disorder characterized by the decreased activity of tissue-nonspecific alkaline phosphatase (TNSALP), caused by mutations in the gene. The aim of this study was to conduct differential diagnostics in HPP patients using whole-exome sequencing (WES).
