The most common cyanotic congenital heart disease (CHD) in adults is Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), accounting for 10% of congenital heart anomalies and 75% of cyanotic CHD cases. It is a congenital heart disease that most often requires surgical correction within the first year of life. Corrective surgical treatment for TOF began in the 20th century, starting with a temporary shunt procedure and advancing to primary surgical repair.

Background: Patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) in countries with limited resources have, to date, been poorly represented in registries.

Objective: This work assesses the epidemiology, diagnosis, hemodynamic and functional parameters, and treatment of CTEPH in Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia.

Methods: A prospective, cohort, phase IV, observational registry with 3-year follow-up (n = 212) in patients aged ≥ 18 years diagnosed with CTEPH was created.

Objective: Different parameters on electrocardiograms (ECG) have been investigated to predict arrhythmia and mortality in patients with acute pulmonary embolism (APE). The acute effect of thrombolytic therapy (TT) on these parameters has not been investigated yet.
