Using a Culturally Responsive, Antiracist, and Equitable Approach to School Mental Health.

Amidst a national youth mental health crisis, comprehensive school mental health systems offer an opportunity to promote positive mental health for all students. To advance health equity, schools benefit from a culturally responsive, antiracist, and equitable (CARE) framework to address the youth mental health crisis. This article describes how to integrate CARE practices within a multi-tiered system of support for mental health in schools.

Long-term outcomes following impedance-controlled radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of chronic rhinitis.

Objective: To assess long-term safety and effectiveness of a multipoint, impedance-controlled, RF ablation device for treatment of chronic rhinitis through 12-month follow-up.

Methods: A prospective, multicenter study. Bilateral posterior nasal nerve (PNN) ablation was performed on all participants.

We propose a new alignment method that is based on relative measurements with an on-axis test setup composed of a pixelated camera and a monitor. By combining deflectometry and the sine condition test, the new method eliminates the necessity of moving a test instrument to multiple field points but still estimates the state of alignment by measuring both the off-axis and on-axis performances of the system. Additionally, it can be a very cost-effective option for certain projects as a monitor, and a camera may be substituted for the return optic and the interferometer required in a conventional interferometric method.

Clinical evaluation of a novel multipoint radiofrequency ablation device to treat chronic rhinitis.

Objective: Safety and efficacy of the NEUROMARK® system for treating chronic rhinitis.

Methods: A prospective, single-arm, multicenter study was performed on adults with chronic rhinitis who underwent radiofrequency ablation to the posterior nasal nerves. Primary endpoints were device-related serious adverse events (SAEs) at 1 month and change from baseline in visual analog scale nasal symptom scale (VAS NSS) for rhinorrhea and nasal congestion at 3 months.
