Introduction: The prognosis for Fusarium keratitis is poor. Effective drugs to treat this infection are therefore needed.
Case Report: A patient presented Fusarium solani keratitis.
Purpose. To report a case of microbial keratitis caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa treated with a combination of acetazolamide and ceftazidime. Methods.

Patients And Methods: Retrospective study of 14 eyes of 13 patients treated by tattooing the corneal surface, by directly introducing the pigments into the corneal stroma using a dermograph. The effectiveness of tattooing was evaluated by pigmentation homogeneity and patient satisfaction.
Purpose: To quantify the visual outcome obtained in patients operated on for penetrating keratoplasty for keratoconus (KC) after 1 and 2 years.
Patients: and methods: The files from consecutive keratoconus patients operated on for PKP after more than 2 years of follow-up were retrospectively studied. The demographic charts, the KC stage, and the surgical features were noted.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to test whether oligonucleotide-targeted gene repair can correct the point mutation in genomic DNA of PDE6b(rd1) (rd1) mouse retinas in vivo.
Methods: Oligonucleotides (ODNs) of 25 nucleotide length and complementary to genomic sequence subsuming the rd1 point mutation in the gene encoding the beta-subunit of rod photoreceptor cGMP-phosphodiesterase (beta-PDE), were synthesized with a wild type nucleotide base at the rd1 point mutation position. Control ODNs contained the same nucleotide bases as the wild type ODNs but with varying degrees of sequence mismatch.
