Background: Proximal ulna fracture-dislocations comprise a wide spectrum of injury. The Coronoid, proximal Ulna, Radius and Ligaments (CURL) classification is a simple framework designed to aid surgical decision making by focusing attention on the key components of the injury and their relative severity. We present the case of a 33-year-old patient with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) implanted with DRGS who subsequently became pregnant twice. Both pregnancies resulted in the delivery of healthy newborns via caesarean section under successful spinal anaesthesia, with no (device) complications.

To investigate the efficacy and safety of WCI with LA for the treatment of postoperative pain in children, we conducted a systematic review of literature published until 2020. The literature search included articles concerning subcutaneous WCI with LA, in the surgical wound, as treatment of postoperative pain, in children <18 years of age.
