[Discrepancy between arthrography and arthrotomy with posterior lesions of the medial meniscus (author's transl)].

In 102 cases with arthrographic proven lesion of the medial meniscus clinical, radiological and operative results were correlated. In 10% the lesion could not be found by arthrotomy. These were all cases with lesions in the posterior part of the meniscus, mostly at the basis.

75 fractures of the calcaneus were followed up in a long-term study in 64 patients. 27 of these patients were older than 10 years. 22 were operated (or reoperated) later.
