In our experiments it has been established that during pregnancy the impact of ethanol high dose on rats' offspring induces a well pronounced increase of plasma viscosity, which is extremely important in blood circulation. The disruption of blood circulation causes a hypoxic condition (especially, in nervous tissues) and the disturbance of its functioning. This is the result of what has been seen in the behavioral experiments of female rats' offspring under the influence of ethanol high dose.

The linear interrelation between Systemic Arterial Blood Pressure and local Cerebral Blood Flow has been shown in experiments on rats with induced experimental hepatic encephalopathy. This is evidence of complete malfunctioning of the mechanism of Cerebral Blood Flow Autoregulation. Quantitative comparison of local Cerebral Blood Flow intensity in control and experimental (Hepatic Encephalopathy) animals has shown significant increase of the basic level of cerebral blood flow in rats with induced Hepatic Encephalopathy (p<0,05).

We have studied the effect of ultracaine DS forte on local blood flow of the rat gum as well as on the development of the convulsion activity of the brain at systemic injection. Experiments were carried out on 12 mongrel albino mail rats of 200-250 g weight. In the I group of animals under the light chloral hydrate anesthesia we studied the changes of local blood flow in the rat gum of lower jaw after ultracaine DS forte injection (right side) and the similar quantity of phisiological solution (left side).
