Tipping phenomena in complex systems represent abrupt transitions in the system behavior due to incremental changes in parameters. Here, we report the emergence of an abrupt transition from an oscillatory to a death state in coupled limit cycle oscillators with higher-order repulsive interactions. This transition contrasts with the typical continuous transitions observed with pairwise repulsive links.

A total of 205 isolates were analysed, with the highest contamination levels found in buttermilk and curd. The bacterial isolates were identified using biochemical tests and advanced Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-of-Flight (MALDI-TOF) mass spectrometry.

Bacteriological and PCR methods were applied to detect avian pathogenic (APEC). Phenotypic antimicrobial resistance (AMR) was determined by disk diffusion method.

Our study investigates the effect of attractive and repulsive higher-order interactions in globally and non-locally coupled prey-predator Rosenzweig-MacArthur systems. Such interactions lead to the emergence of complex spatiotemporal chimeric states, which are otherwise unobserved in the model system with only pairwise interactions.
