Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory disease, which explains the pain that such patients report. Currently, we are faced with ineffective, non-invasive diagnostic methods and treatments that come with multiple side effects and high recurrence rates for both the disease and pain. These are the reasons why we are exploring the possibility of the involvement of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory molecules in the process of the appearance of endometriosis.

There is no consensus on the threshold for surfactant administration, to allow timely intervention and avoid over-treatment, also considering the invasiveness of the procedure and its cost. Rapid tests for lung maturity, which include the click test, lamellar body counts and stable microbubble test, might guide the identification of those infants needing surfactant administration.

Powdery solid media are frequently used in the practice of thermochemical treatments when the number of processed products is reduced, additional investments are not justified, or when there are no technological alternatives. The control of the process carried out in such powdery solid media involves both the control of the thermal and temporal parameters of the process on the layer growth kinetics and its phase composition, as well as the ratio of the powdery solid mixture mass percentage (active and neutral components, reaction activators, and components with the role of blocking the sintering tendency of the medium particles).

We report a case of SS, induced by a combination of three drugs encountered in a patient with a previously suspected allergy to metoclopramide and pitofenone discovered as an "anaesthetic incident". In the immediate postoperative period, following the administration of antiemetic and analgesic treatment, the patient presented generalized myoclonus and intense abdominal pain.

Materials And Methods: The present manuscript describes the procedures of the VIABILITY trial, a descriptive prospective single-center cohort study. The main purpose of this trial is to assess the link between systemic inflammation, pan-coronary plaque vulnerability (referring to the plaque vulnerability within the entire coronary tree), myocardial viability and ventricular remodeling in patients who had suffered a recent ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction (STEMI).
