Evaluation of AI-based auto-contouring tools in radiotherapy: A single-institution study.

Background: Accurate delineation of organs at risk (OARs) is crucial yet time-consuming in the radiotherapy treatment planning workflow. Modern artificial intelligence (AI) technologies had made automation of OAR contouring feasible. This report details a single institution's experience in evaluating two commercial auto-contouring software tools and making well-informed decisions about their clinical adoption.

Lateral flow assay with automatic signal amplification based on delayed substrate release.

The low sensitivity of Lateral flow assay (LFA) limits its application in rapid detection for trace targets. LFAs with nanozyme (nanozyme-LFA) as signal labels have demonstrated excellent performance in point of care testing (POCT). However, additional operational steps for substrate catalysis in nanozyme LFA are required, which makes the nanozyme-LFA operation complicated.

Inclusive research is needed to understand how contemplative practices are used by people of diverse identities. Metta meditation-also known as loving-kindness meditation-may be particularly relevant for people committed to equity and justice because of the social nature of the practice. Using community-based participatory research and an intersectional framework, we assessed how people in a diverse meditation community teach and practice metta meditation.
