We report a case of aspergillous bronchitis in an immunocompetent patient, recalling the clinical signs, laboratory findings and therapeutic management of this uncommon bronchopulmonary disorder related to aspergillus.

Anatomic landmarks for 14 hilar, intrapulmonary, and mediastinal lymph node stations are designated. Main differences between the new international classification and the American Thoracic Society (ATS) one are emphasized.

We analyzed atelectasic processes occurring in the maxillary sinus. Several publications in the literature have tempted to analyze the pathogenesis. Clinically the processes are often silent and only revealed when the major opthalmological complication, enophthalmia, becomes patent.
