Scientific Trends in Clinical Trials on Tooth Bleaching: A Bibliometric and Altmetric Review.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to analyze the characteristics and trends of publications in clinical trials on tooth bleaching through a bibliometric and altmetric analysis.

Methods: A search was conducted in September 2024 on Web of Science Core Collection (WoS-CC) and Scopus. Two researchers selected articles and extracted key study characteristics.

Rhizobacteria and silicon fertilization synergism suppress leaf and panicle Blast, and mitigates biotic stress in rice plants. Association of bioagents and silicon is synergistic for mitigating leaf and panicle blast and low phosphorus (P) levels in upland rice, under greenhouse conditions. This study aimed to evaluate the potential of the bioagents and silicon interaction on blast disease severity suppression in upland rice plants, under field low P conditions.

BREAST+: An augmented reality interface that speeds up perforator marking for DIEAP flap reconstruction surgery.

Deep inferior epigastric artery perforator flap reconstruction is a common technique for breast reconstruction surgery in cancer patients. Preoperative planning typically depends on radiological reports and 2D images to help surgeons locate abdominal perforator vessels before surgery. Here, BREAST+, an augmented reality interface for the HoloLens 2, designed to facilitate accurate marking of perforator locations on the patients' skin and to seamlessly access relevant clinical data in the operating room is proposed.

Evaluation of the cyto- and genotoxicity of two types of cellulose nanomaterials using human intestinal cells and in vitro digestion simulation.

Emerging cellulose nanomaterials (CNMs) may have commercial impacts in multiple sectors, being their application particularly explored in the food sector. Thus, their potential adverse effects in the gastrointestinal tract should be evaluated before marketing. This work aimed to assess the safety of two CNMs (CNF-TEMPO and CMF-ENZ) through the investigation of their cytotoxicity, genotoxicity (comet and micronucleus assays), and capacity to induce reactive oxygen species in human intestinal cells, and their mutagenic effect using the Hprt gene mutation assay.

Development and cultural adaptation of text messages for promoting healthy eating among Amazonian schoolchildren.

Objective: To develop text messages for a mHealth intervention promoting healthy eating among Amazonian schoolchildren.

Design: Two rounds of expert panel analysis and formative research interviews.

Setting: Western Brazilian Amazon, Cruzeiro do Sul, Acre, Brazil.
