Background: Up to 13% of adolescents suffer from depressive disorders. Despite the high psychological burden, adolescents rarely decide to contact child and adolescent psychiatric services. To provide a low-barrier alternative, our long-term goal is to develop a chatbot for early identification of depressive symptoms.

Decay and non-decay for the massless Vlasov equation on subextremal and extremal Reissner-Nordström black holes.

We study the massless Vlasov equation on the exterior of the subextremal and extremal Reissner-Nordström spacetimes. We prove that moments decay at an exponential rate in the subextremal case and at a polynomial rate in the extremal case. This polynomial rate is shown to be sharp along the event horizon.

In a clinical setting it seems to be normal these days that a relevant proportion or even the majority of different bacterial species has already one or more acquired antibiotic resistances. Unfortunately, the overuse of antibiotics for livestock breeding and medicine has also altered the wild-type resistance profiles of many bacterial species in different environmental settings. As a matter of fact, getting in contact with resistant bacteria is no longer restricted to hospitals.

Cholesterol Levels in HIV- and/or HCV-Infected Drug Users Living in Argentina.

Improved understanding of cholesterol levels in HIV- and hepatitis C virus (HCV)-infected persons in Argentina will guide optimal antiretroviral therapy. The authors conducted a cross-sectional study in Argentina to describe associations between HIV, HCV, and cholesterol. Of the 202 participants, 21 were HIV infected, 15 were HCV infected, 46 were HIV/HCV coinfected, and 120 were HIV/HCV uninfected.
