The application of nuclear energy and the frequent occurrence of nuclear contamination have made radiation safety a major challenge to global public health. As a radiation-sensitive target organ, bone marrow is susceptible to both acute and chronic damage effects of ionizing radiation on the hematopoietic system. Researchers have demonstrated that radiation disrupts hematopoietic homeostasis through direct damage to hematopoietic stem cells, which inhibits hematopoietic regeneration indirectly through damage to hematopoietic progenitor cells and their downstream cell populations.

Existing deep reinforcement learning (DRL) algorithms suffer from the problem of low sample efficiency. Episodic memory allows DRL algorithms to remember and use past experiences with high return, thereby improving sample efficiency. However, due to the high dimensionality of the state-action space in continuous action tasks, previous methods in continuous action tasks often only utilize the information stored in episodic memory, rather than directly employing episodic memory for action selection as done in discrete action tasks.

Remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) has recently attracted much attention due to its non-contact measurement convenience and great potential in health care and computer vision applications. Early rPPG studies were mostly developed on self-collected uncompressed video data, which limited their application in scenarios that require long-distance real-time video transmission, and also hindered the generation of large-scale publicly available benchmark datasets. In recent years, with the popularization of high-definition video and the rise of telemedicine, the pressure of storage and real-time video transmission under limited bandwidth have made the compression of rPPG video inevitable.
