High-grade soft tissue sarcomas (STS) are a heterogeneous and aggressive set of cancers. Failure to respond anthracycline chemotherapy, standard first-line treatment, is associated with poor outcomes. We investigated the contribution of STS cancer stem cells (STS-CSCs) to doxorubicin resistance.

Daily chest radiographs (CXR) is the gold standard in monitoring these complications. Point-of-care transtracheal ultrasound (TTUS) is an emerging imaging modality for ETT positioning.

Morphology and mechanical properties were evaluated as a function of the manufacturing technique and number of dissolution cycles. Morphological analysis revealed that casted specimens better replicated the target geometry, while voids in 3D-printed specimens aligned with the printing direction due to rapid solvent evaporation.

Materials And Methods: This study explored the relationship between an antitumor immune response, measured by a 14-gene B-cell/immunoglobulin (IGG) signature, and mortality risk in 9638 breast cancer patients across three datasets.
