Anaerobic digestate animal effluent (ADAE) contains high N and P nutrients which need to be treated. In this study, an integrated process was proposed using a microalgae consortium of Chlorella and Scenedesmus. The system was designed for 71 m/d (medium-sized) and 355 m/d (large-sized) animals of ADAE.

To gain insights into the genetic makeup of the rice-phyllosphere, we perform a metagenomic analysis using long-read sequences. Here, 1.

However, other related strains and species have chromosomal rrn loci, suggesting that the exclusive presence of rrn operons on a plasmid is rare and unlikely to be stably maintained over long evolutionary periods. Here, we report the results of a systematic search for additional bacteria without chromosomal rrn operons.
