Giant Cardiac Myxoma as a Cause of Stroke.

Cardiac myxomas are the most common primary intracardiac tumors and are histologically benign. However, they are potentially dangerous because of the risk of systemic embolism. Echocardiography is the key diagnostic tool for atrial myxomas, allowing for the identification of the tumor, as well as determining its location, shape, size, and connections with adjacent cardiac structures.

Objective: To analyze the reach and engagement on the history of nursing on social media of the Memory Center of the School of Nursing, Federal University of Minas Gerais (CEMENF/UFMG), in light of Pierre Lévy.

Methods: Documentary study carried out on CEMENF's Instagram and on the YouTube of the School of Nursing of UFMG, from September to December 2021. The findings were analyzed according to Pierre Lévy's concepts.

Background: Traditional clustering techniques are typically restricted to either continuous or categorical variables. However, most real-world clinical data are mixed type. This study aims to introduce a clustering technique specifically designed for datasets containing both continuous and categorical variables to offer better clustering compatibility, adaptability, and interpretability than other mixed type techniques.
