The achievement of the Paris Agreement climate goals of well-below 2 degrees of warming requires companies to align their greenhouse gas emission reductions with this goal. To measure whether companies are compliant with the Paris targets we propose several strict conditions that any emissions allocation methodology must meet before it can be classified as Paris-Compliant. Our conditions focus on the need for a common, and early as practicable, base year for all companies and consistency with an underlying Paris-aligned decarbonisation pathway.

We examined a sample of clients enrolled in a federally funded MAT expansion program implemented in four sites in Connecticut. Program participants received MAT for their opioid use disorders (OUDs).

Overall, higher concentrations of these contaminants were found in sea trout samples, where detected congeners reflected the more widely used commercial formulations, in particular for the PBDEs. Our results suggest that these fish could be bioaccumulating persistent organic pollutants via diet during their migratory routes (North Sea and the Norwegian Sea) and, in addition, some level of re-mobilisation of these compounds could still be occurring in the UK eastern coastal areas.

In this article, the authors evaluated a mobile crisis service intervention implemented in Connecticut with the aim of examining whether the intervention was associated with reduced behavioral health ED use among those in need of services.
Methods: The authors examined two cohorts of youths: 2,532 youths who used mobile crisis services and a comparison sample of 3,961 youths who used behavioral health ED services (but not mobile crisis services) during the same fiscal year.
