A Bibliometric Network Analysis of Coronavirus during the First Eight Months of COVID-19 in 2020.

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of society. Researchers worldwide have been working to provide new solutions to and better understanding of this coronavirus. In this research, our goal was to perform a Bibliometric Network Analysis (BNA) to investigate the strategic themes, thematic evolution structure and trends of coronavirus during the first eight months of COVID-19 in the Web of Science (WoS) database in 2020.

Background: Effectiveness of end-of-shift patient handover between nurses may be impacted by poor communication. This can be improved with the use of information tools, either electronic or paper-based. Few studies have investigated the activities that support patient handover, and fewer have explored how several of these tools used together affects the handover process.

Understanding critical barriers to implementing a clinical information system in a nursing home through the lens of a socio-technical perspective.

This paper addresses key barriers to implementing a clinical information system (CIS) in a Hong Kong nursing home setting, from a healthcare specific socio-technical perspective. Data was collected through field observations (n = 12) and semi-structured individual interviews (n = 18) of CIS stakeholders in a Hong Kong nursing home, and analyzed using the immersion/crystallization approach. Complex interactions relevant to our case were contextualized and interpreted within the perspective of the Sittig-Singh Healthcare Socio-Technical Framework (HSTF).

Pseudoglandular hepatoid differentiation in endometrioid carcinoma of the ovary simulates oxyphilic cell change.

A 42-year-old patient had a stage III ovarian endometrioid adenocarcinoma with areas of hepatoid carcinoma (HC) of clear cell and eosinophilic pseudoglandular type that was difficult to differentiate from endometrioid carcinoma of oxyphilic type and sex cord-stromal tumor. Immunohistochemically, endometrioid adenocarcinoma was positive for CA125, estrogen and progesterone receptors, CAM5.2, cytokeratin (CK) 7 and 19, and vimentin.
