Background: Colonoscopy is an investigation modality used for colorectal examination; it is the most accurate technique for the diagnosis and surveillance of important colorectal diseases such as cancers (colorectal cancer) and polyps. Aims: Most studies on colonoscopy in Nigeria were conducted in southwest such as Ilorin, Ife, Ibadan, and Lagos. We therefore feel the need to get information from other regions such as northwest, the area of this study.

Background: Despite the high prevalence of infection in Nigeria, in the North-West there are no studies on the antibiotic sensitivity pattern of this organism. This study aims to determine the antibiotic sensitivity pattern of this bacterium as well as bridge the gap in knowledge.
Methods: The study was cross-sectional in design.
Introduction: There has been no nationwide health (diabetes) survey in Nigeria since 1992, when a diabetes mellitus (DM) prevalence of 2.2% was reported. We aimed to determine the prevalence of and risk factors for DM in Nigeria by performing a systematic review and meta-analysis.
