To evaluate the cicatrization of the uterine horn after the recanalization by endoluminal laser probe, 50 white female rats of Wistar's race have been separated into two groups. The group 1 (nb = 10) had for aim to validated the procedure of obstruction. In group 2 (nb = 40), we performed the recanalization six weeks after the obstruction.

The injection of methotrexate is an alternative to laparoscopic surgical treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy. An experimental trial on rabbits was designed to evaluate this new approach. In situ injection of methotrexate does not cause either real tubal epithelial impairment, nor an adverse effect on treated rabbits' fertility.

Forty Wistar female rats were the subject of a laser resection of the uterine horn with microsurgical anastomosis, comparing the effect of various available lasers with blade section. The animals were divided in four groups. The first group, with 10 animals, underwent a resection of each uterine horn, using the CO2 laser, with a one layer anastomosis using ethilon 10/10, under microscope.

Follow-up examinations were conducted a minimum of 6 months after suturing and 2 months after irradiation. Evaluations included precise histological study of each vascular specimen removed, arteriography, and scanning electron microscopy.
