Treatment options for ovarian cancer patients are limited, and a high unmet clinical need remains for targeted and long-lasting, efficient drugs. Genetically modified T cells expressing chimeric antigen receptors (CAR), are promising new drugs that can be directed towards a defined target and have shown efficient, as well as persisting, anti-tumor responses in many patients. This study aimed to evaluate the availability and use of dental and maxillofacial emergency algorithms in Swiss hospitals. A survey was performed among physicians at Swiss emergency departments (ED) and participants of the "36th Annual Meeting of the Society for Oral and Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery". Background: Mature aggressive B-cell lymphomas are heterogenous malignancies that make up more than half of all diagnosed non-Hodgkin lymphoma in children and adolescents. The overall survival rate increased over the last decades to 80%-90% due to fine tuning of polychemotherapy. Specialized glial subtypes provide support to developing and functioning neural networks. Astrocytes modulate information processing by neurotransmitter recycling and release of neuromodulatory substances, whereas ensheathing glial cells have not been associated with neuromodulatory functions yet. To decipher a possible role of ensheathing glia in neuronal information processing, we screened for glial genes required in the Drosophila central nervous system for normal locomotor behavior.
