Background: To assess topical dorzolamide as medical therapy for idiopathic full-thickness macular holes (FTMHs).
Methods: Randomised, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, single-centre clinical trial involving 32 patients with idiopathic small FTMHs (<400 ). Participants in both arms used topical dorzolamide 2% or saline thrice daily for 8 weeks with monthly OCT.

Purpose: The effectiveness of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) pathways in patients undergoing bariatric surgery remains unclear. Our objective was to determine the effect of the ERAS elements on patient outcomes following elective bariatric surgery.
Materials And Methods: Prospective cohort study in adult patients undergoing elective bariatric surgery.
Purpose: To describe our experience using the gyroscopic mouse in digitally assisted vitreoretinal surgery.
Methods: We used a commercially available gyroscopic mouse to control the on-screen cursor of the NGENUITY System for digitally assisted vitreoretinal surgery. The gyroscopic mouse is sealed in a clear sterile plastic bag to allow for intraoperative use.
