Somatic copy number alterations (sCNAs) are valuable phylogenetic markers for inferring evolutionary relationships among tumor cell subpopulations. Advances in single-cell DNA sequencing technologies are making it possible to obtain such sCNAs datasets at ever-larger scales. However, existing methods for reconstructing phylogenies from sCNAs are often too slow for large datasets.

Our object was to assess sex disparities in the reproductive age group cohort. All adult non-elective admissions in the reproductive age group (18-49 years) with a primary diagnosis of PE and with no missing sex/age data were identified using the National Inpatient Sample.

Antibiotics have the capacity to cause massive hazardous damage at very low dosages due to their long-lasting biological stability. To address this issue, a new highly stable, reusable, greener, nontoxic, easily accessible composite material (CuAl-LDH/CL) consisting of Cellulose (CL) modified CuAl-layered double hydroxide was successfully synthesized.

Speckle-tracking echocardiography permits compressive assessment of LV myocardial deformation. Previous studies involving CKD patients have shown a significant reduction in LV global longitudinal strain (GLS) with strong prognostic implications.
