The Argane tree ( L. Skeels) is an endemic tree of mid-western Morocco that plays an important socioeconomic and ecologic role for a dense human population in an arid zone. Several studies confirmed the importance of this species as a food and feed source and as a resource for both pharmaceutical and cosmetic compounds.

Soil legacy data rescue via GlobalSoilMap and other international and national initiatives.

Legacy soil data have been produced over 70 years in nearly all countries of the world. Unfortunately, data, information and knowledge are still currently fragmented and at risk of getting lost if they remain in a paper format. To process this legacy data into consistent, spatially explicit and continuous global soil information, data are being rescued and compiled into databases.

Seminomas are germinal tumors from testicular cells in men. Cutaneous metastasis are very rare. The authors report the case of a 56-year-old male patient admitted for treatment of an enlarged left testicular mass.

The authors report the case of a three-month pregnant woman, in whom a bladder tumour was discovered incidentally by ultrasound, raising the question of the possible foetal repercussions of using an electric scalpel in cutting mode. The bladder tumour was resected using a bipolar electric scalpel and irrigation was performed with physiological saline. No intraoperative or postoperative foetal repercussions were observed.
