The present study was adapted to document and assemble existing information about and its evidence-based ethnopharmacological activities, with brief reviews on the description, geographical distribution, ecology, medical uses and phytochemistry. Objective: Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase-1 (IDO1) is a promising antitumor target and predictive biomarker in a variety of cancers. Hence, we performed this meta-analysis to evaluate the clinicopathological and prognostic significance of IDO1 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
Methods: We searched PubMed, Embase, Web of Science and Scopus databases from inception to May 2024, to identify studies measuring the clinicopathological and prognostic significance of IDO1 in HNSCC.
Background: Supracondylar humeral fracture (SCHF) is a common injury in children, and early treatment provides excellent results and prevents disabilities. Delayed presentation is still prevalent, mainly in developing countries, because many factors hinder the opportunity to receive appropriate treatment. Currently, there are no standard treatment protocols, and there is insufficient published literature on this topic.
