The authors aims to examine the sexual function among patients prior to hysterectomy. Four groups were examined: group one--total hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy; group two--total hysterectomy without adnexectomy; group three--supracervical hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy and group four--supracervical hysterectomy without adnexectomy.
