Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of an artificial intelligence (AI) tool in detecting endoleaks in patients undergoing endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) using dual-energy computed tomography angiography (CTA).
Material And Methods: The study involved 95 patients who underwent EVAR and subsequent CTA follow-up. Dualenergy scans were performed, and images were reconstructed as linearly blended (LB) and 40 keV virtual monoenergetic (VMI) images.
We develop the notion of Random Domino Automaton, a simple probabilistic cellular automaton model for earthquake statistics, in order to provide a mechanistic basis for the interrelation of Gutenberg-Richter law and Omori law with the waiting time distribution for earthquakes. In this work, we provide a general algebraic solution to the inverse problem for the model and apply the proposed procedure to seismic data recorded in the Legnica-Głogów Copper District in Poland, which demonstrate the adequacy of the method. The solution of the inverse problem enables adjustment of the model to localization-dependent seismic properties manifested by deviations from Gutenberg-Richter law.

Material And Methods: A retrospective analysis of chest lymph nodes on computed tomography (CT) examinations, including CE and non-contrast-enhanced (non-CE) phase, was performed on 40 patients with proven diagnosis of sarcoidosis. Phases were separated, anonymized, and randomized.
Introduction: In recent years numerous research studies have indicated that chronic inflammation in psoriasis can be associated with an increased risk of developing atherosclerosis.
Aim: The presented study was aimed at demonstrating whether patients suffering from psoriasis vulgaris are at a greater risk of developing atherosclerosis depending on the presence of selected cardiovascular risk factors and the course and severity of the disease.
Material And Methods: Sixty-two patients with diagnosed psoriasis vulgaris and 42 healthy volunteers were included in the study.
