Biological (microfloral) factors of influence on cytogenetic stability during chemical mutagenesis.

The article presents the results of a study of chromosomal mutations in residents living in the Aral Sea disaster zone. The present study was designed to evaluate the impact of the combined effect of a chemical mutagen (nickel) and bacterial microflora on the level of chromosomal aberrations (CA) in peripheral blood lymphocytes. This study used classical methods of cell cultivation, methods for determining chromosomal aberrations, a cytomorphological method for assessing epithelial cells, and an atomic absorption method for determining trace elements in the blood.

Neuropsychological state of the population living in the Aral Sea region (zone of ecological crisis).

Background The Aral Sea crisis has led to harmful effects on human habitat. In recent years, mild cognitive impairment is a growing problem. Objectives This article provides the results of studying the neuropsychological state of residents living in the crisis zone of the Aral Sea region in the case of Shalkar city.

Quality of personnel training directly influences state of occupational therapy service in the republic, therefore this training should be in special educational establishments matching all necessary requirements. Necessities also include core clinical base, experienced and highly qualified teachers and tutors, extensive educational and methodic literature, contemporary informational technologies and equipment (internet, audio and video devices, etc). Only through this, quality of medical training will meet requirements,of contemporary medical science and practice, bringing a professional able to compete, to work efficiently in the speciality at the best international level.

[Managing health state of Aral region population].

The article represents results of first year research within large project "Complex approaches in public health state management in Aral region" (implementation term 2014-2016). Aral region problems is a bright example of ecologic disaster with severe social economic consequences, influencing directly or indirectly all countries. The article covers complex ecologic and social hygienic evaluation of evironmental hazards in ecologically unfavorable zones and public health assessment of Kyzylorda region.
