The incidence of ectopic pregnancy (EP) has increased in recent years, owing to causes such as pelvic inflammatory diseases and assisted reproductive technologies (ART). The present study reported a case of a 33-year-old nulliparous woman with a history of previous ectopic pregnancies, who underwent pelvic ultrasound in August 2022, which revealed a double EP including a cervical pregnancy and a tubal stump pregnancy. Despite known risk factors and elevated beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) levels, a conservative approach, utilizing multiple doses of systemic methotrexate (MTX) injections, was employed to preserve fertility at the Regional Perinatal Center in Aktobe, Kazakhstan.

Background: Vaginal birth after cesarean section (VBAC) increases the chance of subsequent vaginal deliveries and reduces the repeat cesarean section (CS) rate with subsequent postoperative morbidity.

Objectives: To detect the outcome of VBAC during the second birth order in Aktobe region of West Kazakhstan.

Research purpose was to put together the available pieces of present scientific data and to close the gap in the knowledge of Hcy levels in pregnancy and its association with some pregnancy complications. Scientific data were taken from research papers published between January 1990 and December 2017, and found on the Internet (PubMed, ClinicalKey and Embase databases) by the following tags entered in English, Russian, French and German languages: pregnancy, homocysteine, pregnancy complications, pregnancy loss, preeclampsia, intrauterine growth restriction, and placental abruption. The review showed that Hcy levels range in uncomplicated pregnancy.

Improving treatment outcomes obstetric peritonitis after cesarean section on the basis of organ-preserving treatment and reasonable intensive care in the postpartum period.
