Background: The aim of the study was to determine the level of dietary self-efficacy, physical activity and obesogenic environment in several districts of Istanbul and to examine the relationship between them.

Methods: In this cross-sectional study, a questionnaire was administered to primary health care workers working in three different districts of Istanbul. Sociodemographic questions, Dieting Self-Efficiency Scale (DSES), The Assessment of the Obesogenic Environment Scale (AOES), and International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) were used in the survey.

Background: Real-world data on treatment patterns and clinical outcomes for newer drugs, including integrase strand transfer inhibitors, among older people with human immunodeficiency virus (PWH) are limited.

Methods: This cohort study included PWH enrolled in the Veterans Aging Cohort Study (VACS) who were prescribed a standard 3-drug antiretroviral therapy (ART) regimen containing dolutegravir (DTG), bictegravir (BIC), cobicistat boosted elvitegravir (EVG), raltegravir (RAL), or darunavir/ritonavir (DRV) plus 2 nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors between January 1, 2014, and March 31, 2020, and who were ≥50 years at regimen initiation. The association between regimen and virologic effectiveness or discontinuation was assessed using logistic regression models with inverse probability of treatment weights.

Purpose: To determine the ocular structural changes in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) children with eye-rubbing compulsion.

Methods: Participants recruited at the child and adolescent psychiatry clinic were evaluated for the OCD diagnosis. All patients underwent imaging with Scheimpflug corneal topography (Sirius, CSO, Italy), Tomey EM-4000 specular microscopy (Nagoya, Japan), and Lenstar LS 900 (Haag-Streit AG, Switzerland) optical biometry.

During cell division, NuMA orchestrates the focusing of microtubule minus-ends in spindle poles and cortical force generation on astral microtubules by interacting with dynein motors, microtubules, and other cellular factors. Here we used in vitro reconstitution, cryo-electron microscopy, and live cell imaging to understand the mechanism and regulation of NuMA. We determined the structure of the processive dynein/dynactin/NuMA complex (DDN) and showed that the NuMA N-terminus drives dynein motility in vitro and facilitates dynein-mediated transport in live cells.
