[Simultaneous rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament and the patellar tendon: a case report].

Simultaneous rupture of both the patellar tendon and the anterior cruciate ligament is a relatively rare injury. Its diagnosis can easily be missed during the initial examination. Treatment options include immediate repair of the patellar tendon with either simultaneous or delayed reconstruction of the ACL.

[Compression of the superficial branch of the radial nerve by a synovial ganglion of the elbow (about one case and literature review)].

Compression of the radial nerve at the elbow is quite rare; entrapment of its superficial branch is exceptional. Extrinsic compression is the most frequent etiology. Magnetic resonance imaging plays a major role in the diagnosis, and early surgical excision or echoguided drainage - in case of synovial ganglion - allows a total recovery.

[Giant cell tumors of the distal radius: resection: reconstruction by long avascular fibular graft (a case report)].

Giant cell tumors (GCT) are locally aggressive tumors with a preference for epiphyses and metaphyses of long bones. They represent 5%-10% of all primary bone tumors. They affect mostly young adults between 20 and 40.

[Hibernoma of the thigh].

Hibernoma is a rare benign tumour of brown fat. It presents as a voluminous slow-growing mass in the regions where remnants of brown fat can remain in adults. We report a case of a hibernoma on the thigh and present the diagnostic and therapeutic elements of this type of tumour, whose differential diagnosis of liposarcoma.

[Myositis ossificans circumscripta of the forearm].

Myositis ossificans circumscripta is a benign lesion characterized by focal heterotopic soft tissue ossification and occurring in young people generally after localized trauma. The location of this case in the forearm is rare. The clinical signs, radiological appearance and the histological features can be confused with osseous or soft tissue sarcoma, as was the case in our patient.
