Objectives: To assess the content and frequency of advice community pharmacists (CPs) provide to pregnant women with nausea and vomiting, their confidence in providing advice, and their knowledge of the safety of medication used to manage the condition.
Methods: An online questionnaire of closed- and open-ended questions was distributed to CPs in the UK in May 2023. Closed-ended questions were analysed quantitatively, and conventional content analysis was utilised for open-ended responses.
The purpose of the meta-analysis was to compare the prevalence of sarcopenia on staging computed tomography (CT) in patients with solid tumors in different world regions. MEDLINE, Embase, and SCOPUS literature databases were screened for prevalence of sarcopenia in oncologic patients up to December 2022. Two hundred eighty studies met the inclusion criteria.

Despite a significantly increased understanding of the disease, the diagnosis is still delayed for many years. Delayed patient access to suitable treatment often leads to disease progression with increased surgical interventions and the occurrence of possible comorbidities.
