Changes in Nasal Morphometry With Aging for a More Accurate Rhinoplasty.

Purpose: To assist in planning before the rhinoplasty approach, the authors aimed to investigate the changes in nasal morphometry that occur with age over a period of at least 10 years in the same individual.

Materials And Methods: Fifty adult patients from the Turkish population, with at least 2 head and neck 3D reconstructive computed tomography scans taken at least 10 years apart, were retrospectively reviewed. Various angular and linear measurements of the nasal region were performed on the initial and final images, and the data were compared based on sex and age groups.

Histopathological Evaluation of the Effect of Bromelain on Myringosclerosis in Rats.

Preparation and Characterization of the MMT@FeO@Ag Nanocomposite for Catalytic Degradation of Methyl Yellow: Reaction Parameters and Mechanism Based on the Artificial Neuron Network.

The montmorillonite@iron oxide@silver (MMT@FeO@Ag) nanocomposite, which is recyclable and exhibits high catalytic activity, was evaluated for the degradation of methyl yellow (MY), a carcinogenic azo dye. For this purpose, MMT@FeO was first synthesized via the coprecipitation method and then Ag was doped to MMT@FeO via the chemical reduction method. MMT, MMT@FeO, and MMT@FeO@Ag were characterized by various techniques including scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, and thermal gravimetric analysis.
