Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second leading cause of cancer death in Kuwait. The effectiveness of colonoscopy in preventing CRC is dependent on a high adenoma detection rate (ADR). Computer-aided detection can identify (CADe) and characterize polyps in real time and differentiate benign from neoplastic polyps, but its role remains unclear in screening colonoscopy.

Background The incidence of pregnancy-associated diabetes has increased in recent decades, leading to neonatal adverse outcomes like metabolic and hematologic disorders, respiratory distress, cardiac disorders, and neurologic impairment. Macrosomia, a common consequence of diabetes, is influenced by maternal blood glucose levels, impacting adverse neonatal outcomes. Introduction And Clinical Importance: Placenta previa (PP) is characterized by abnormal placental placement in the lower uterine segment, obstructing the cervical opening. Placenta previa totalis (PPT) occurs when the placenta completely covers the internal cervical os. This condition can lead to placenta accreta spectrum (PAS), where the placenta adheres abnormally to the uterine wall, complicating separation.

Cartilaginous Choristoma of the Oral Cavity: A Rare Presentation in the Nasopharynx.

This case report describes a rare presentation of a cartilaginous choristoma of the oral cavity within the tonsillar fossa, emphasizing the importance of recognizing and differentiating this uncommon entity from more frequently encountered oral lesions. A comprehensive clinical and histopathological examination was conducted on a 30-year-old male patient who presented with a painless mass in the nasopharynx. An excisional biopsy was carried out, and a histopathological analysis was conducted to establish a definitive diagnosis.
