Olive leaves were utilized to produce activated biomass for the removal of ciprofloxacin (CIP) from water. The raw biomass (ROLB) was activated with sodium hydroxide, phosphoric acid, and Dead Sea water to create co-precipitated adsorbent (COLB) with improved adsorption performance.
