This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to provide an update on the role of TT versus NTT, STT, or DO in MNG concerning goiter recurrence, thyroid cancer incidence, and reported complications. Oral tongue squamous cell cancer (OTSCC) is one of the most prevalent cancers worldwide and incidence increases with age. An alarming increase in the incidence of OTSCC in the younger age group. Ameloblastoma is usually incidentally detected in the third to fourth decades of life, as most patients remain asymptomatic; yet some patients may complain of a slowly growing, painless swelling. We present a case of maxillary ameloblastoma with pulmonary metastasis along with a brief literature review.
