Extraosseous Ewing sarcoma is a rare and aggressive malignancy belonging to the Ewing sarcoma family of tumors, primarily affecting soft tissues such as the pelvis, retroperitoneum, and chest wall. Although it predominantly involves these soft tissues, extraosseous Ewing sarcoma can also occur in solid organs, including the pancreas. Here, we present a rare case of a 4-year-old girl diagnosed with primary extraosseous Ewing sarcoma of the pancreas.

We report a case of an incidentally found tracheobronchial amyloidosis in an asymptomatic patient. A elderly male was admitted to the hospital for an aortic valve repair workup, and was incidentally found to have tracheobronchial abnormalities on chest CT. The diagnosis of tracheobronchial amyloidosis was confirmed by histopathological exam.

Introduction: Our study aims to highlight the role of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) in monitoring the therapeutic response after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in osteosarcoma of the long bones.

Methods: In this retrospective study, data from the Orthopaedics and Internal Medicine Department of Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Hospital was used. We selected the study cohort from our departmental database of patients with biopsy-proven osteosarcoma initially treated with preoperative chemotherapy at Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Hospital from 2010 to 2017.
