Background: Primary carcinosarcoma of the bladder is a rare and highly aggressive tumor, representing less than 1% of all bladder neoplasms. There is no specific treatment guideline has for carcinosarcoma of the bladder, and majority of published patients was treated exclusively by surgery.
Case Presentation: We report a case of 65-year-old Moroccan man, presented with macroscopic hematuria, pollakiuria and painful urination.
Since 2019, COVID-19 disease caused significant damage and it has become a serious health issue in the worldwide. The number of infected and confirmed cases is increasing day by day. Different hospitals and countries around the world to this day are not equipped enough to treat these cases and stop this pandemic evolution.

Methods: This is a prospective historical study using secondary data from kidney transplant living donors who have undergone nephrectomy at a tertiary referral hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia, from March 2019 to January 2020.
Neurovascular involvement is a frequent occurring reported in COVID-19 patients. However, spontaneous hematomas of the corpus callosum are exceptionally seen. The authors of this article aim to report an unusual case of corpus callosum hematoma in a COVID-19 patient and discuss potential etiologies and mechanisms responsible for intracranial hemorrhage.
