The article presents results of assessment of the algorithm of interdepartmental interaction related to complex security during mass events as exemplified by experience of the Department of Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) in the Republic of Tatarstan (Tatarstan) during the preparation and holding of matches of the FIFA world Cup 2018 and the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 in Kazan. The structure of management and interaction concerning security issues included three levels: the Federal level, the subject regional level and the regional departmental level. The vertical interaction was carried out on the departmental level as well as between the interdepartmental operational headquarters and regional interdepartmental operational headquarters through their heads.

The article presents experience of Rospotrebnadzor in the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of preventive medicine concerning training of volunteers on issues of infection safety with purpose of prevention of ictuses of infection diseases during mass activities with international participation in the period of XXVII World Summer Students Games. The model of hygienic training for volunteers provides two directions: training for volunteers ’ leaders on issues of infection safety and remote course for involved volunteers. During period of preparation for the Students Games-2013 hygienic training was organized for volunteers-leaders in the field of infection safety with following attestation.

The paper analyzes an association between occupational risk factors in the female workers of greenhouses and allergic diseases in their children. The major factors contributing to the occurrence of allergic disease in children are their maternal employment in greenhouses with harmful working conditions, much dust in an apartment, a family history of allergic diseases, and unfavorable family lifestyle.

The degree of ambient pollution was studied in a town with developed petrochemical industry and allergic morbidity in its pediatric population. The specific features of the pattern and course of allergic diseases were revealed in children in relation to the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of ambient pollution. The findings permit elaboration of practical measures aimed at lowering the influence of environmental factors and to improve the health status in children.
