Objectives: Accurate lymph node (LN) staging is crucial for managing upper abdominal cancers. Ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide (USPIO)-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging effectively distinguishes healthy and metastatic LNs through fat/water and -weighted imaging. However, respiratory motion artifacts complicate detection of abdominal LNs.

Methods: Enamel cracks were induced on the labial surfaces of bovine teeth using a pendulum impact tester. Specimens were treated adhesively by resin infiltration with ICON (DMG) or Scotchbond Universal Plus (3M).
Repeated muscle micro-trauma may cause severe muscle damage. Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) exhibits sensitivity to microstructural changes in skeletal muscle. We hypothesize that longer diffusion times enhance sensitivity to micro-trauma and that membrane permeability increases with micro-trauma.

Design: Cross-sectional study with random patient sampling.
Setting: ICUs of a large referral hospital with protocols implementing the Society of Critical Care Medicine's ICU Liberation Bundle.
Aquablation for lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) secondary to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) has been adopted to treat a wide range of prostate anatomies including glands up to 150 cc. Patients with recurrence of LUTS after previous BPH procedure often present with variant anatomy, and a paucity of literature exists on the optimal treatment modality for these patients. Herein, we evaluate the safety and feasibility of aquablation in patients with previous BPH surgical history.
